We came in contact with Bill because he was listing agent on a house we were interested in seeing. We moved from outside the area and had no experience with any agents/real estate companies in the area. We stayed with Bill because we genuinely felt he had our best interest in mind when we were looking for houses. Most people we know find dealing with a realtor like dealing with an attorney, you don't really want to but sometimes you have to! Finding one that you are comfortable with that makes you feel like your interests are the primary concern are most important. When looking for houses we looked at one that was $200,000 under budget and looked at options of getting a contractor to do work on it, Bill still took an hour and half at the house with us giving us ideas to update and change. We didn't feel he was trying to make a quick sale at highest price!
